Single sign-on (SSO) for user and agent authentication

    We are working to convert our instance from Classic to the New Kayako and want to make sure our user and staff authentication works when we do. We currently have our classic instance tied to Active Directory (AD) but the new SSO guide talks code and I'm not a programmer :)
    In this support article [https://support.kayako.com/article/1398-enabling-single-sign-on-sso-for-user-authentication] it references the SSO implementation guide [https://developer.kayako.com/docs/single_sign_on/implementation/] but no full examples are ever shown or given like the old classic ldap.php files.

    So my questions;
    1) Is anyone using the new platform with user (and agent) auth and have you had any issues?
    2) Does anyone have some example or production files (sanitized obviously) they could share?
    3) Are there IP addresses I can restrict the internal web server to accept calls to like I did the old?

    Thank you!
