Sort Order

    Is there any chance we will have the ability to sort rows on multiple levels and not just one? I mainly would like to see this in the ticket listing, but other places where you have to order multiple records would be nice as well. We receive so many tickets that it woudl be nice to be able to order them first by priority and then by date.

    Also, some sort of grouping could be cool, but I know that sort of thing can be accomplished using filters and statuses.

    To help me manage my own tickets, I have created a custom PHP page to display the tickets the way I want [see attached], but I can't (or at least don't really want to) make this work for everyone in our company that uses SupportSuite.
