We will be implementing this. Unfortunately, we only have so much time - there are currently other features that need implementing that are required by more of our customers than this one.

It is not yet implemented, isn't it? We already have kayako resolve 4 and do not see a 'splitting' option. Have we missed something? Thanks and best regards.
Try merging a ticket in Resolve 4, that's even more fun when the tickets are in 2 different departments. 4 has quite a bit of work to go before it is really a 4.0 release. If my memory serves me correctly V3 was just as bad. 4 has all sorts of bugs and key features such as spell check missing.
If there's a current way to do this please let me know. It would be nice to be able to split a ticket into multiple tickets. For example if someone asks for two things in one ticket to be able to split that into two separate tickets.
