Status duration

    Hello,
    I'm looking to way of getting duration of each tickets status. For example, ticket can change its status as New - In Progress - New - In progress - Closed, ad we need to get for each ticket:
    New - 1 hours
    In progress - 3 hours
    Closed - 10 hours
