Support Suite

    Can someone tell me where to get an manual explaining how to populate the databases that come with Support Suite and use Live Support ? Especially, since the Kayako manual explains installation of product. I.E. setup of the Downloads, Knowledge Base, News, Trouble Shooting.

    I read it as a question about how to set it up.

    To be honest, I found the explanations for most of the options, within the control panel themselves, were plenty.

    For Live chat, remember you need to Windows Application (Which is stored below the upload/ directory in your install) and you can't do this from the browser (yet? - It's a waste of a mac!)...
