This is half a feature request and half a bug I think. See the screenshot. When you sync with Outlook and your contacts (which have actually come from my phone sync) get uploaded to Kayako. Some contacts only have business / company names and no first / last name. These are shown as blank (see the screenshot). Inside Outlook they show the company name as the title. Don't you think this should be the same inside Kayako?
