Third Party Access via Portal

    I am looking to allow third party access to the web portal such that they see and respond to tickets like the normal user. We have users from unrelated organizations that need to communicate and instead of hiring a freelance to construct a similar system Kayako seemed like a good fit. I understand a third party can reply via email but we would like to extend this limitation. Is this possible and who might be a good fit for this if so?
