Ticket count per organisation

    It would be good to be able to setup a notification for when the number of open tickets for an organisation reaches a certain level. For example, I'd like to have a manager notified when an organisation has 3 or more open tickets so that they can find out why they're having so many issues and act on it.

    It would also be useful to expand on this further so that an engineer working on one ticket can easily see what other tickets are open for that organisation from the ticket they're working on. It will help close several issues at once.
