Ticket Mass Reply into a Note

    In Support Suite, there is an option when doing a Mass Reply to "add a note" instead of posting a reply to the ticket body. This feature is great since it lets a supervisor add comments to multiple tickets without posting to the body of the ticket.

    Is there any feature requests to add this functionality into Resolve? I did not see anything out there from a few quick searches.
