We are happy and proud to annouce TicketAlert for Mac.

TicketAlert is a Mac OS X application that sits on the right hand side of your menubar.
TicketAlert does what InstaAlert does on the Windows platform. It informs you about new arrived Tickets and Replies on your SupportSuite or eSupport server.

The basic version of TicketAlert is free, a Pro version will follow in the coming weeks.

The Pro version will do, again, somewhat the same as InstaAlert Pro with a Mac touch.
Additionally you will be able to monitor more than one HelpDesk with TicketAlert Pro.

Please be aware that this is Beta software.
Until announced otherwise you can download TicketAlert here

When you want to give feedback you can do so through the built in 'Send Feedback' menu or by sending an email to software [dot] support [at] it2be [dot] com.

Help/documentation is built in but we are also in the process of building a new website, dedicated to 'Software for Mobile and Mac'.

IMPORTANT: You need OS X 10.5+, Growl, Kayako SupportSuite or eSupport (3.2.20+).

Below are screenshots of TicketAlert 'in action'.

    Cheers,

    Marcel

I added my helpdesk and refreshed the ticket data and it keeps saying Delayed. No errors of if it's successful or not.

Jonathan, please create a ticket at IT2BE :: Support so that I can help you properly.

I am using TicketAlert since last Saturday, almost non-stop with my laptop put in- and out of sleep without one little hitch so we need to find out why it goes wrong.

BTW you did enter only the host part of your supportsite (the part before /staff)?

Hmm, strange. It is 'out-of-the-box' functionality.

Can you please create a ticket for this at Support.
I would also like to know if you see it in the login items of your account.

We released version 0.8 of TicketAlert today.

Although primarily aimed at the TicketAlert Professional we also included 2 bugfixes.

We moved the helpdesks tree from the menu to a new floating black transparent panel (based on feedback) and added a stored list of all received alerts to that same panel.
By double clicking in the tree or an alert you open up a link in your browser

When you see an 'unsigned' message when updating through TicketAlert it is advised to download the .dmg from http://www.it2be.com.

    Is there a solution for OS X 10.4 ?
    • Kayako Staff

    Marcel Trapman iOS Developer

Hi Alfa1, there is no solution for 10.4.
We started developing when 10.5 was the current os version.
10.4 is too far back with too many differences in the API.

    I am sorry for that.

    THANKS

    IT2BE -

Thanks for the awesome support on the product - had some kind of webcam type file that was conflicting - we removed it, and modified Growl settings, and everything is working properly now!
