Time is wrong on tickets.

    Time is out by 1 hour on all tickets. How do I fix this?

    Server time is correct, and timezone in Kayako is set to GMT with daylight savings, which is correct.

    Turning daylight savings on and off makes no difference to the ticket time, but its an hour slow :(

    Any ideas?

    I believe this has been reported as a bug. You can confirm by emailing support.

    I get this all the time and th only way to adjust it is to adjust the GMT time.
