Turn voicemail into support tickets

    Does anybody have a plugin or know about a plugin which can turn voicemail messages (the one which get attached with emails) into support tickets?

    The voicemail message text contains the phone number which should be able to be matched to users in the kayako system.

    Anybody?
     
  2. We have setup our PBX to send all of our voicemails through our email queue. It creates a ticket automatically but we haven't figured out a way to match the phone number to the user yet.

    We ended up creating a small script, which will check for tickets in the queue, grab the phone number from the ticket, it will try to match it to the phone number in the user database and checks our own database.

    It will rewrite the ticket header and mail the owner of the ticket. Works like a charm :)

    Was written in Perl. Let me know if you are interested.
