iOS unable to open ticket - iOS

    When I try to open a ticket with Hold Status I get this processing error... I can open old closed tickets just fine but not Open/On-Hold Tickets.... Issue on both iPhone and iPad

    Hi Steve

    Have you used to 'Email Support' option to send us copies of the logs? If not, please do and either describe the problem there or link to the thread.

    okay want me to do from both my devices or just one?

    If it is exactly the same problem on both devices, just from one will do

    okay hopefully it sent cause as was typing the email message I then got a connection error but finished typing and hit send so hopefully went through.

    If it is in your 'Sent' items, it will be. It's just a regular iOS email :)

    Yup there shows sent at 2:45pm
