Unable to send outbound mail using Office 365

    The helpdesk is unable to send mail out. I have configured these settings.

    The result is the error message: View attachment 4942

    I have changed the password of the account from the default password. No luck. The account can send and receive email from the outlook app using these credentials so the account is good. Now sure what else is wrong here. Need some assistance please.
