Upgrade of kayako ESupport 2.3.5->3.10.2

    Hi!

    I'm new on this forum, but we have had a support system working for us for quite some time, without any glitches. :)

    We have currently bought a new version, 3.10.2, and are wondering if there is an "easy way" with a script ol. that we can migrate the old config into the new system ?? If not, is there a way to migrate just the tickets and the existing users/customers the same way?

    You can import the existing v2 data into v3 by running the IMPEX script which is provided along with the software. Detailed explaination on how you can import the old data is explained in the manual/docs found at http://docs.kayako.net and http://manual.kayako.net/
