User changes to department

    Hi everyone,

    Is there way to allow a user to change the department a ticket belongs to?

    Hi Frank,

    The user can select the department when the ticket is being created, but after that, there is no easy way for them to alter it.

    You could use some mail parser rules and have them alter it by using key words in the subject or message body
