Hi there, In the admin CP, if you goto templates, groups, open the relevant group ( such as the default group ). In the settings:tickets tab, change "Prompt for Ticket Type?" to yes Gary
Thank you a lot! Thats right. Now another problem. Users can change ticket status, our stuff set "closed", and after this usercan set "open" >_>. How to disable it? In Admin CP > Users > Manage User Groups > Registred (only Registred can create tickets) already "Can Change Ticket Properties"=no, but isnt help :S
