Users new ticket form does not work

    Our user cannot be able to submit new ticket because, after fill it (url../Tickets/Submit/RenderForm) it go to confirmation, (url.../Tickets/Submit/Confirmation) but noting change in form and the "Apply" button stay instead to change to "Confirm" and in any case ... does not do anything ....
