Using Staff and Queue Signature Together

    Option to use Staff and Queue Signature together.

    Something like

    In my experience, this is a two step process:

    1) make sure the department is associated with an email Queue
    2) You must modify the code where the "Main Signature" gets set.

    First, for each Email queue, you can configure your own email queue signature. This email signature can be configured to always be included in your response.

    Second, modify the code to always include the email signature within your staff replies. Specifically, I've found this can be accomplished by modifying the ~/modules/tickets/functions_ticketmain.php code.

    There are two lines in there where the "Main Signature" gets set, depending on the type of response being sent (staff reply or 3rd party forward). Modify the $_mainsignature variable to include the queue signature, regardless

    //$_mainsignature = iif(!empty($staffsignature), SWIFT_CRLF.$staffsignature, iif(!empty($queuesignature), SWIFT_CRLF.$queuesignature));

    // CUSTOM CHANGES - include the queuesignature always
    $_mainsignature = iif(!empty($staffsignature), SWIFT_CRLF.$staffsignature .SWIFT_CRLF.$queuesignature, iif(!empty($queuesignature), SWIFT_CRLF.$queuesignature));

    Assuming each staff member has a signature set for their account, SS will include their signature, followed by the queue signature for all replies.
