Using the PHP api to remove the owner of a ticket.

    Our team needs to use the Kayako PHP API to remove the owner of tickets, so they remain unnasigned. We have been successful in changing many other parameters, such as the status, but ticket ownership remains elusive.

    We have also tried to set the owner staff id to -1 and null, or even to call setOwnerStaff with null. None of them have worked.

    Is it possible to achieve what we need?
