V3 Support

    Guys

    I have a ful V4 licence and my V3 licence (monthly) has expired and I have yet to get to the move to V4.

    I have raised a support ticket but have not got a responce on how we can resolve my issue - can anyone help me ???

    I have no access to my V3 support desk which is not ideal as I run a support business - I would have thought the key file would have been backwardly compatabile ???

    No response from support for over 5 hours is not great either... am at a loss at what to do !!

    Hi Rich

    They keys are not backwards compatible - a Kayako 3 key is different to a Kayako 4 key. Sat is your ticket ID? You should have had a response by now.
