Viewing and Searching Tickets for all Staff

  1. Hello:
    I have my staff in different teams, but I want everyone in all the teams to be able to search for any ticket and view any ticket. What do I need to do to make this happen? I'm using 4.73, so that's the code I'm guessing I'll need to modify.

  3. Yes, that doesn't work for us. I know it can be done because it has been done previously and I know code needs to be changed. However, I cannot find the forum posts for it anymore, so hence the posting of the question again.
