The vistor alert pop-up from the system tray indicates IP, Country, Referrer. Is there an easy way to append City, Region to the Country line or replace Country with City, Region? How about add City/Region to chat alert pop-up below the question line? Any chance this info is being controlled by a template in Admin CP?

GeoIP is included in standard Kayako package. I was hoping for a way to control what appears in the desktop alert as we need City, Region to quickly determine time zone.
