website disapeared

    No one can seem to help with this so im stuck. The site is no longer registering as a http but is trying to look for a https?It says it is being secured over ssl when it shouldnt be - it was fine on friday then on monday it died.

    I have logged a call with support and they say it is a server issue. The server support say it is a programme issue. very useful. so can any one here please help or offer any advice?

    Is there a way to -

    1. reregeister the domain
    2. reload the software but keep the database so i dont loose all my work from the last 2 weeks

    we are running IIS on a windows 2003 server.

    So previously your site ran on https but this is no longer possible..? If so you maybe able to Kayako to use http instead.

    Either you could wipe your system and start again, this time entering http for the product URL. Alternatively it is possible to force your way into the admin cp in order to change the product URL. Take a look at this link for info:

    it was the other was around the site previosuly ran on http and now it says it must be run over https.

    I can access anything!
