Where did I setup tickets to forward a copy via email?

    While I remember how I setup incoming emails that use pipe option to send to kayako email parser, I don't recall how the heck I also have a copy of the email send to another email address? In other words, support@ comes in and gets processed by Kayako email process (shows up in kayako) and also a copy of that then goes to logging@ email address (which gets downloaded via an email client on a system in a totally different location).

    Anybody recall where that is setup?
