Why is the reply address wrong?

    I sent an email to tickets@support.triexa.com which is piped to a program


    The ticket was created properly and I got an e-mail sent to notify me, at sales@triexa.com. When I click on reply though, it wanted to send it to sales@triexa.com:

    GMail's "show original" option from the notice email has this:

    any ideas why when I want to reply via email to the ticket it wants to send to sales@triexa.com?

    Seems lilke a misconfiguration issue. I suggest you contact Kayako Support from the Members Area and they shall look into your email piping setup and email parser configuration.
