We have some reports where we present weeknumbers.
When we run them we get week 13 (It's week 14 in sweden now).
The datesetting in Kayako is sweden and date and time on tickets are correct.
Can anyone please guide me toward what might be wrong.

    Hi there,

The week number is KQL is returned by MySQL WEEK() function. However, correct week of the year can be obtained by using WEEKOFYEAR() function. An improvement, SWIFT-3126, for the same is already logged at our developers’ portal and it will be fixed in the upcoming releases.

For the time being, you can use WEEKOFYEAR() function in the KQL to get the correct week number. Instead of 'Tickets.Creation Date':WEEK, you can use WEEKOFYEAR('Tickets.Creation Date')

Hope it helps you in getting required data from reports.

Week of year doesn't seem to work with reports that use Group By, unless I'm mistaken? Appreciate any help here.
